“Brilliant food and really attentive people behind the counter! They noticed we had ordered vegreatain food and rang us to ask if we wanted fish powder on the seaweed. The food is packed so full into the containers you have to open it carefully and we well definitely have left overs.”

“I've had sushi from a few places in Manchester and most have been priced well in excess of Sake. I've eaten from Sake a few times now and each time the sushi has been fresh and flavoursome. The rice is cooked well. Not under or over sticky and prepared just right. I had the 12 piece variety sushi and I had tuna, prawns, mackerel octopus , salmon and a fish I didn't know lol. All very fresh. Was also served with some extras for free. I never comment on food but after so many disappointing sushi bars and restaurants have not met my expectations I think this place deserves a shout out and definitely for me is 5 star for sushi. My son also loves the chicken Ramen soup.”
