“Highly recommended for dog walking and pet sitting. Just moved few months ago, and we´ve been so lucky to came across with Fraser. He is taking care of our two dogs daily for a walk and home sitting them some nights every month. Both of the dogs are rescued and it is not easy to get close to them or gain their confidence and every time they see Fraser they are happy and go to kiss him. He is got a natural affinity with dogs. He is organised and friendly and keeps communication regular which made our first days leaving them easier for us. One of the times I was away and he was pet sitting them they went stomach sick and he looked after them while keeping me updated with everything. So always know they are in safe hands with Fraser. We get peace of mind leaving our dogs with him as we know that he really cares about them.”

“Found this place using maps and it said over 4*. Should have been a 5*. The food was really good and service too. They had more delivery drivers coming in than McDonald’s. That’s how good the food was. Will definitely go back when in Manchester”

“Honestly the best authentic Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to! A family run business bringing in flavours from home! Starters and mains were exquisite, the flavours were perfect. “I went to umezushi for my birthday meal with my closest friends. It definitely lived up to all of my expectations! Such a small & cosy place with truly phenomenal food, both in variety and in quality. We feasted on miso, handrolls, sashimi, sushi and desert... and I was blown away with every aspect. The staff were warm and knowledgeable which always helps. Definitely one to try for any sushi aficionados!”

“The Black Friar has been amazing to work with for our friendship group's annual Christmas lunch. They made the entire booking process extremely easy, with all the T&Cs clearly outlined from the start. On the day we were looked after by Jess, who was incredible, very quick to respond to any issues raised, never kept anyone waiting, so accommodating with our various quirks (like pictures), and was easy to reach when needed without making it seem like hovering. And always with a smile, of course. Truly, truly a standout member of the team deserving of all the praise. The food at the Black Friar was also divine, incredibly generous portions (that I admit, have bested me) and every bite was a pleasure for all the senses. Our whole group was very happy with the afternoon we got to spend there and we will definitely be looking into coming back for next year's annual Christmas lunch, a total gem of a pub.”

“Tattu Manchester is one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food was absolutely delicious — the highlight for me was the sea bass fillet steamed, which was cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, creating a great atmosphere for dining. Prices are a bit on the high side, but definitely worth it for the quality of the food, the stunning interior, and the attentive service. I would definitely come back here next time I’m in Manchester.”

“Wow! We travelled from Shropshire to meet some friends before heading to the Co-Op for a concert, and we were absolutely blown away. We enjoyed the Fiorentina pizza, spaghetti carbonara, ragu, garlic bread, and fries. To drink, we had a Mimosa and a Daiquiri, followed by a limoncello gelato for dessert, every dish was insanely good! The food was beautifully presented, bursting with flavour, and served incredibly quickly. The service was exceptionally efficient, and the team were so friendly and helpful. The surroundings are warm, cosy, and tastefully decorated, making for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We cannot wait to return.”

“Stayed at travelodge lodge central arena as we were staying in Manchester seeing a show, ordered Don Bravo at 11.30pm, arrived before midnight however was missing 2 chips. I rung them and within 15 minutes they had delivered 2 piping hot fresh chips. Food was really good, service was great. I would recommend as well as order again. Thank you.”

Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour, and the mocktails were just as creative and delicious. What really made the evening unforgettable was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our night special. They even surprised us with a gorgeous “Happy Anniversary” dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. “Being in my early 40s now and having many Chinese takeaways over 3 decades, this is absolutely hands down our favourite Chinese and the only place we get from now! As you can see in the pic the sweet and sour chicken melts in the mouth, very generous portions such as the salt and pepper chicken which is our favourite starter, super friendly and efficient staff and very reasonable prices, cannot recommend highly enough! “We came here as a lunch stop before attending a football game. There was a good range of drinks, my partner really liked the lager selection and that they were an own brand of beer! We wanted a light lunch where we both had the chicken wraps and some chip to share the food was DELICIOUS and it was a good varied menu, we will definitely look to come back in the future the next time we’re in Manchester!”

“I really enjoyed the food. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. I got the mix grill for 2, and it was more than enough for me, my wife and 2 kids. The owners are great and made us feel very welcome. The decor inside is stunning and the food is fresh and really tasty. My little kids even got lollies at the end. “Fantastic pub right in the heart of Manchester. Sam smiths brewery so you know exactly what you're getting. Larger for £2.80 is an absolute steal these days. Lovely country pub feel inside and good size beer garden. Can get busy when football and events on so plan accordingly!”

“Great traditional pub. Great entertainment on Friday nights for music & karaoke. The managers are great as are the staff. Great atmosphere and lovely group of regulars. Through the day, there is a beer garden at the back which is a sun trap and great for a relaxing pint after work.”

“First time I tried this cracking little place. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Reasonable quality fast food at a reasonable price. It doesn't try to be pretentious or trendy. It's just your basic kebabs, burgers and pizza. A cheap treat when you can't be bothered to cook. Also worth mentioning is that it has a five star hygiene rating. Recommended.”

“So pleased I've discovered the atmosphere bar. Located within the university house this is the university's main SU bar but also well used by Peel Park visitors. The bar is located on the first floor of the building and is easily missed if you don't know it's there. Once inside there are three distinct and different parts of the bar. Firstly the main bar and largest space is like a sports bar with plenty of screens to watch live sporting events. Secondly, there is a games bar with pool tables and retro arcade games and darts. Thirdly there is a mezzanine floor which carries a whole different decor and vibe. Much more intermate and lounge like you can easily find your own space to work or have a private drink. I didn't sample the food but it appeared to be very good value for money. The beer selection was excellent and very well priced. £3.80 for a pint of Guinness and £3.70 for a pint of Madri. The Guinness was excellent too. When I'm next in Peel Park I'll certainly pay a visit to Atmosphere.”
