“Our family have been patients here for several years now and haven't had any issues; either getting an appointment or with the treatment offered. I prefer the online access, including ability to send in photos and whilst we've needed to go in for an examination on occasion, I find telephone consultations much easier to fit in around work. My only wish would be for staff to let me know when to expect a call, to ensure I answer first time.”

“I found them to be excellent and courteous, even though I couldn't find the place, at about 9:30am I'd been sitting outside the surgery, google maps said I was two minutes away, finally several miles later an elderly lady guided me to the surgery, got in at 11:30am, what a PLONKER or should I say I did a Rodney. Staff were great!!!!!”
