“Went with my husband to Halton urgent care centre this morning, who said they couldn’t deal with the issue and he would have to go to A&E at Warrington. We arrived just before 9 o clock, expecting a long wait. My husband was seen by 10 different people, from taking bloods and blood pressure, triage nurse, x-ray, specialist. All sorted out by 11 am. Excellent service could not have asked for better. I appreciate that anyone requiring an hospital bed would have had a significantly longer wait, but we should appreciate the good work the staff are doing and the pressures they are under, give praise when due, not just criticism.”
