“We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”

“I can not recommend Petpals Poynton and Stockport East more highly! They have been looking after our cat Mavis for over 3 years. She’s an old girl and needs a lot more attention than most other cats, as she needs medicine administered twice a day. Petpals are so gentle with her, give us regular updates when we’re away and are reasonably priced. It is so very reassuring to know that our cat is so well cared for. Lynda and Ian even go out of their way to bring our bins in which is very kind. I can’t underestimate how lucky we feel to have found this company and how reliable and helpful Lynda and Ian are. If you have any pet caring needs they should be your first port of call!”

“I couldn't fault the service I received from Petstay at all. Jason was so friendly and found me the perfect pet sitter for my dog Pixie. I was initially extremely nervous as the only sitter available for my dates away was a lady with 2 dogs of her own. My dog is an only dog and is unashamedly a bit of a 'princess', so I wasn't sure how she'd cope. I have left her in kennels previously, and she didn't settle at all and lost a lot of weight, so I was uncomfortable leaving her again for 2 weeks, whilst we were away in America. I met with Dianne and her 2 dogs, when Pixie and I went for an initial home visit. Dianne is such a natural 'dog' person and is clearly very experienced at owning dogs and she made me feel so at ease and asked all the right questions about Pixie and wanted to find out as much as she could about her, to make her stay go well. We even agreed to go on a couple of walks together before Pixies stay, so I could see where Pixie would be walked and so the dogs could get use to each other beforehand. I was really nervous about leaving Pixie and thought it would spoil my holiday, to constantly be worrying about her but Dianne and I had agreed that we would keep in touch throughout the holiday with little updates and photos now and again, this meant I could really enjoy my holiday and Pixie could enjoy her time away too. After picking Pixie up she has settled back into life at home again and I would have absolutely no hesitation using Dianne again and would recommend using Petstay to anyone (and have already recommended them to my veterinary practice).”
