“A really outstanding nursery. I am so delighted I chose Sylvan House. My daughter has been coming 3 days a week since she was 9 months and the development I've seen in her is fantastic. The girls in the baby room (Nicole, Chloe, Laura and Sarah) treat my daughter like their own, they are kind, affectionate, attentive and excellent at what they do. The food variety is great and she is really well fed and cared for with a detailed report at the end of the day showing food intake, sleep times, nappy changes, mood description etc. The app that the nursery use (Tapestry) is a A* and I look forward to numerous updates, photos, videos and notes about what she's up to. Communication is excellent throughout the day and at handover. Well done Sylvan you've made returning to work so much easier!”

She also came on so much with her learning and found the activities very engaging. When she was secure they pushed her onto the next step and gave regular feedback on her progress. The staff here have created a safe, happy and nurturing environment, where little ones thrive. I couldn’t possibly say enough good things about this preschool. Best setting in the area, by far. I like that parents are updated via an app and private Facebook group and that children make greeting cards for most holidays and celebrations. Children are also taken for little adventures around the neighborhood. I really appreciate and respect the fact that children and their families are encouraged to celebrate and represent their culture and that there is a non-judgemental and friendly attitude towards all parents. Having had bad experiences in my area with other settings, I feel especially grateful for finding Ducklings. They have handled delicate situations with grace, patience and understanding. I am proud to call Ducklings staff my child's second family.”

He was not a great sleeper and they got him napping in no time. They also do a great range of activities, with lots of messy/wet play. The outside space is a really good all weather area which means they really do go outside every day. I would happily recommend it to anyone.”
