The butcher deserves a Michelin star for how precisely he chops meat. You ask for “just a little mince” and suddenly you're holding a kilo like it's a newborn baby. Fruit so fresh, I half expected it to start singing. Spices, snacks, toiletries, 5 kinds of lentils, 18 different chillies, and that one mystery vegetable you’ve never cooked but always buy anyway — they’ve got it all. You need it? PK's got it. “I visited Subway recently and was served by Joe. Despite the store being clearly understaffed and a constant stream of Deliveroo orders coming in, Joe remained calm, patient, and professional throughout. It did take a bit longer than usual to get my order, but it was clear the delay wasn’t his fault – he was handling a lot on his own. Joe made sure to greet every customer politely, took time to get each order right, and didn’t let the pressure affect his service. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail, even in a hectic situation. If anything, Subway needs to make sure their staff aren’t left to manage such a high workload alone. Joe did a great job under the circumstances, and his customer service deserves recognition. I visited on the 29th June 2025 around 17:30.”
