I expected a bit of a simple, quick service being later but Shelly was friendly, listened to what kind of style I like and took her time. “Just had my first ever flu jab and from booking to receiving the jab within 24 hours was a seamless amazing service. Generally the practice is well run although I find the booking system frustrating. I wish I could just message/email the practice anytime of day to ask for an appointment. Restrictions on doing this is a shame. With modern day pressure on the NHS I’d say they are a good practice”
