It feels accessible and genuinely helpful when dealing with stress, anxiety, or everyday pressures. οΏΌ I also like that itβs easy to use and doesnβt feel intrusive: mood tracking and health check-ins are optional but helpful if you want to be more aware of your emotional patterns or overall wellbeing. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Wisdom and would definitely recommend trying it out!β
