“What an absolute Gem of a find. Couldn’t ask for a more Genuine and Honest garage. Called in to drop Daughters car off after RAC couldn’t find the fault why it kept cutting out. Was supposed to be booked in for the next day hence just dropping it off night before. They had a quick look there and then (just past shutting up shop time). They diagnosed the fault and repaired it within half an hour. I would strongly recommend Family & Friends and most definitely be trusting them with my vehicles in the future. 10/10”

“Called MDR earlier today as the lever to open my bonnet wasn’t working. I needed it sorting as travelling a distance next day and wanted to check oil and water. Was asked to take car down a couple of hours later for them to have a look at it. I did this and they sorted it within couple of minutes, also checked my oil and water levels and didn’t charge me anything. Great service and refreshing to see we still have good people out there. “Outstanding service from Sherif! After calling around trying to get my coolant leak sorted in my 2018 VW Passat, Sherif was able to fit me in the very next day. I brought my car to him and after a diagnostics tests he diagnosed the issue — a faulty water pump. He clearly explained what the problem was and where it was coming from, then gave me a quote right after the diagnosis. When I asked when it could be fixed, he said he could start immediately. The next morning, he called to let me know the job would be complete by 4pm and the car was ready for pickup right on time. He even went through the old parts with me and explained everything again. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Reasonable prices and so friendly! Thanks so much, Sherif — really appreciate it. Highly recommended!”
