“I can only comment on the service I have had. I ordered some small items a few years back and remember that they arrived safely and quickly. Yesterday 21 Jan 22, I sent two queries by email, regarding contact tips and gasless wire and both were answered politely and correctly within 30 minutes. Two small orders now placed and waiting delivery, presumably mid next week.”

“I really can’t understand the general negativity of so many reviews on here, I must say I’ve had a great experience with Rapid. I arrived in Manchester without my baggage as it got left behind on my stopover. I had to leave Manchester again the next day so I really needed my suitcase returned to me first thing in the morning. Spoke to two Rapid employees on the phone who were being extremely helpful and tried their absolute best to accommodate my urgent request. The driver was very friendly as well and arrived the next day even earlier than expected. It’s fair enough that people are frustrated when their baggage is delayed, but they need to understand that it’s usually the airlines and the airports that are at fault for the inconvenience - not couriers like Rapid.”
