Sunday dinner is really cheap and cheerful at less than 7 quid for a HUGE plate of food that even a fat guy like me can never finish. Saturday night atmosphere is great with karaoke.”

“They have a £15 deal full chicken 5 wings chips and 2 drinks.. really worth it tbh. I have had this a while ago and ate today. It was good value for money and the grilled chicken was fresh. I don't see what the moan is about with paying cash.. small business trying to survive without paying silly amounts in transaction fee or just eat/uber taking their 33% cuts. “Ate here after visiting a relative at the hospital. Had Chicken Tikka Dirty Chips with salad and chili sauce, which was mouthwatering. Just what I needed at the end of a long day. By far the best thing I have been served in a box, ever. Staff were friendly, service was quick, the cafe was nicely set out, even with newspapers to read. Very quiet - only two other people came to eat while I was there. I really recommend this place. The cucumber on the picture is sliced, really!”

“Been twice recently, once for breakfast once for a carvery. Both time the food was fantastic, hot, fresh and tasty. The chef came over both times making sure everything was OK and had a chat when we had finished our meals, bar staff are lovely and welcoming too.
