“My 6-year-old daughter took part in a 4-day holiday club at Little Voices this summer. Despite it being her first time there and not knowing any of the other children beforehand, she came running out on the first day with a big smile, excitedly sharing stories about her "new friends!" At the end of the week, parents were invited to watch the children's performance, and it was truly remarkable! Every child had a chance to shine in their own unique way, which was delightful to watch. Little Voices is such a nurturing environment and there was absolutely no pressure on the children over the 4 days, as some might worry about; the focus was on having fun—and my daughter certainly did that! We will be back, for sure. Thank you, Laura...you are amazing!”

“What a wonderful service Suleman gave us. We were extremely impressed right through from the first phone call to him dropping us off at home. Throughout he was polite, patient and very considerate. We were especially grateful for the care he gave to my partner, who has mobility issues, by helping her in and out of the taxi and helping her into our house. He delivered us to the restaurant at 7:30pm, as we had asked, by taking his time and going the long way round. He got our special evening off to a great start and we’re very grateful for the trouble he took. The mini-bus was spotless and well maintained and he drove carefully. We can’t praise the service he provided enough and would certainly use him again and recommend him without hesitation. Many, many thanks.”

“Superb! We've driven past this restaurant for years and for some bizarre reason haven't visited till last night. We're gutted we've missed out for so long! The restaurant is lovely and the staff are all really smart, professional and friendly. The food is gorgeous. I had the king prawns then spaghetti carbonara which was the best I've tasted, large portion so I've got some for lunch. My husband had the mushrooms with pate and Gorgonzola which he said were divine then lasagna. Lovely to see Guiseppe again and to chat with the waiters, definitely coming here again soon.”

“Nice modern cinema based in Bolton's indoor market shopping centre. Plenty of parking in the multistory next door. We called during the day and virtually had it ho ourselves. Staff are nice and friendly. Very clean inside. Nice clean toilets. There's a bar serving alcohol and tea/coffee as well as snacks. A nice seating area for waiting before you go in.”

“Beautiful museum with stunning architecture. The aquarium hiding in the basement is fab. Very educational content. Egyptian room is amazing and natural history is awesome too. There are little hands on bits and dress up woven into the museum's journey for little ones.”

“Yesterday I was walking with my baby and really needed somewhere to stop, feed and change my baby, and just to re charge as it was a stressful morning. I had dropped my car off, at a garage, in a different town miles from home. I entered the hotel and was kindly greeted by a lovely lady, who could clearly see I needed just a little help to get sorted. This lady was so kind and caring so I asked her name. “If you need bits and bobs for arts and crafts or if you're like me and need materials in bulk for a little project in my room I definitely recommend hobby craft. Took me a few journeys back and forth but the staff were so helpful and asked for an update when it was done, so here it is!”

“We have stayed at the hotel quite a number of times over the years and cannot praise it enough. From the moment of stepping through the doors and into the reception area, you are made to feel so welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable and the high end finish for a standard room was exceptional. We loved it! The food was excellent, too! As for the staff, well, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Nothing is too much trouble. They are a credit to the hotel! Special mention needs to be given to Billy behind the bar for his help, patience and guidance with 'something technical' that left me able to use a new mobile phone purchased from the Tesco store next door! So, location wise the hotel is ideally situated and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants!”

“I stayed at a Travelodge many years ago and it was pretty basic, I remember asking for an extra pillow and the staff disappeared and was never seen again, fast forward to Bolton's Travelodge and it was a totally different experience, the staff where helpful and welcoming, the room was basic but well proportioned and very clean, the bed was comfy. There was a bar and eating area with food on offer. My only niggle was the room was very hot and there is no A/C so had the have the window open, unfortunately it's quite close to a main road and it was like trying to sleep next to a race track, every person within a 20 mile radius that had a sports exhaust and a turbo was racing about till 4 am.”

I particularly appreciate their school transport service, which is reliable and safe for my kids. I highly recommend them for any transportation needs.”
