Everything went smoothly and I was kept in the loop throughout the process, even when there were hiccups with the wrong reference form being sent to my previous landlord (human error, everybody makes mistakes!). The issue was identified and rectified same day, with Ur-Place contacting me to tell me what had happened and show the steps they had taken to rectify it. Come to the day to get the keys, they managed to open a slot for me which was not ideal due to working commitments on my side, however they made efforts to fit me in, whilst also making sure I understood the meters, boiler, had the correct information etc. All in all it was a very smooth process and I would recommend them!”

Very reasonably priced for some of the works of art that I saw go past me in that place. I went in to get pets nails clipped and waited there. The service was fast and efficient and the dog groomer was very friendly and easy to chat with which was a bonus. Groomer seemed both knowledgeable in the care of animals conditions which might require more delicate handling, as with mine--clearly very experienced. The shop comprises of a dog grooming salon, offering wash and dry, cutting deshedding and nail clipping from recollection.
