Her knowledge and salon experience for clients is next level and it was fantastic to learn from her. On the day we went through different applications of biab nails, correct use of a efile and all the bits, product knowledge, how to build on my technique and so much more. Kirby has so much experience and has been on so many courses herself in the past, she really has all the knowledge to pass on! I had the Spaghetti Aragosta e Gamberoni and asked for extra chili and a slice of lemon, and Ericka provided it quickly with a friendly, helpful attitude, her service was great as well. “I had a very positive experience at the Dalton Street Envie clinic in Manchester. I have now had 3 treatments and the results are amazing from the first session. I have been looked after by Monika and all my appointments are with her. She is very nice and professional. She explained everything in detail. She made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I could notice results from the first laser session, hairs grow really slowly and I have some spots where the hairs are not growing at all.
