She talked me through the processes and what to expect in detail, helped me choose an appropriate type of light therapy for my skin concerns and was good to chat to throughout the appointment. Highly recommend. The sports massage with Charllote was fantastic. she is clearly extremely knowledgeable and was polite and conscientious, ensuring I was comfortable and tailoring the work to my specific requirements. she even gave me some exercises to perform at home to help improve my imbalances.
