In all the years I've been coming to Wagamama Media City, the team has been absolutely amazing. It's often a bit quieter than it should be, but honestly, the customer service is bang on—they are so attentive and welcoming! ​I went with a classic this time: one of their donburi rice dishes, a side of gyoza, and a few extra chilies to spice things up, and I was sorted! Plenty of smiles all round, and they've genuinely never let me down. Highly recommend a visit! ​I hope they see it and feel the love!”

“This is for the reception staffs snd the vet - Manasa who have helped us tonight. There was a delay at first due to a pet being put to sleep, however the staffs made sure they informed us of the situation and even offered us drinks while we waited. This is already beyond being “proactive”. The vet - Manasa, she is the best vet we have ever seen in the UK. Very knowledgeable, quick in diagnosis, keep us well informed with the situation and reminded us on the medication. We were well advised and Manasa have gone above and beyond with our situation. If management is seeing this, the receptionist and the vet truly deserve shoutouts.”

“Absolute delightful experience. This place has good seating arrangements, which can accommodate more ppl hence the wait time is reasonable. Staffs are polite and friendly, serving is pretty fast. As always they served delicious food, chickpea burger with spicy chips is my favourite. This place is slightly near to the parking lot and next to the quay side mall.”

“Salford Quays Travelodge is the best in the whole country! Our favourite place to stay. Perfect for getting around Manchester by tram, and ideally situated for The Lowry theatre. And lovely Ordsall Hall. This Travelodge is always comfortable, warm and welcoming. The staff are smashing. Big thanks this time to Lavinia, Kevin and the nice young man who kept our delicious breakfasts topped up - I'm so sorry I didn't get your name. Already looking forward to our next visit.”

“Always a pleasent trip! Shirley (the Receptionist) is by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, approachable, receptionist I’ve come across. My appt today was with the Hygienist (Jasmine). She is the best hygienist I’ve ever had! Dentist visits for me are not my favourite but she always makes it feel less scary! And she does an amazing job giving my gums/teeth a clean.”

“Don’t believe the bad reviews. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good value, location is good. Tram stop behind pub. Very convenient. Lovely pub serving food across the road beside tram stop. Avoid the pizzeria next door to hotel. Good car park just seconds from reception. Shortage of power sockets in rooms, bring a power strip. Lovely staff. I will return.”

“My two elder grandchildren went here and my youngest one is about to start. As a family we have been completely impressed and delighted by the care and development the children receive. We particularly love the amount of time the children spend outside in virtually all weathers. When we first saw inside I was i was surprised that there didn't seem to be many commercially bought toys, but came to realise that they don't need them as they use materials and the world around them as their toys.
