“An Absolutely Amazing Turkish Dining Experience! Every visit to this restaurant has been nothing short of perfect! The food is always fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, truly authentic Turkish cuisine done to perfection. The cocktails are just as impressive each one goes down an absolute treat and perfectly complements the meal. As someone with celiac disease, finding a restaurant that can cater safely and confidently to my dietary needs is rare, but the team here went above and beyond. They were knowledgeable, careful, and made me feel completely at ease. I left with a full and very happy tummy, which says it all! The service is consistently 10 out of 10 warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The fact that the restaurant is also kid-friendly made our experience even better, allowing the whole family to relax and enjoy together. We honestly can’t thank the staff enough for making us feel so comfortable and well cared for every single time. This place is a real gem we’ll definitely keep coming back!”

“Visited Romulus last night for the first time and the food was absolutely beautiful.. the nicest Italian I have ever had. I had the minestrone soup which was delicious followed by pan fried breaded chicken with tomato spaghetti on the side and my god it was to die for… also this was on the set menu 2 courses I think it was like £19 each…The staff are so nice they can’t do enough for you and also really funny. We had a ball in there last night. Will defo be back. Can’t recommend enough.”

“We love Chinese 203 come here regularly and staff always look after us for our regular table. Food is very good and made fresh to the table no typical left out buffet food, makes sense to reduce wastage. We love all the starters! Price is reasonable and always recommend booking in advance as can get busy.”

“Went as a couple to celebrate a birthday, easy to book online with SMS confirmation and a reminder. Seated to within a few minutes if arriving. We were placed to the back where it's a larger open plan room and were sat next to a large group, also celebrating with noisy (well behaved just noisy) children and where the cutlery station is. As I had a headache, I asked if we could be moved to a table near the front and the gentlemen kindly moved us to a quiet "nook". Think he was the manager, really appreciated this. We were served by William; friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Checked on whether we wanted additional drinks and gravy, and timed it when we didn't have food in our mouths :) We had the Sunday sharer, hats off to Alex the grill chef. Food was hot, portions are decent. 2 big fluffy Yorkshires and the meat was cooked just as ordered, not fatty and very juicy. Would recommend.”

“Great venue for stand up comedy, not so big that you lose the feeling of being part of the show. Good slope on the seating so the view from further back is still ok. Comfy seats, easy to get in and out, lots of parking nearby.”

“I occasionally go to Supreme Grill. The food’s really nice and tasty . I not sure if they cook vegan or vegetarian food. We usually go late in the evening just before it shuts down most of the food has been sold . So it shows how popular it is.”

“Our ”Tuesday club” went to birdandbeemcr today for the first time. They were 5 of us (usually 7) and we all opted for the bacon bun. Now this was not just any bacon bun - it was filled with crispy streaky bacon, with a cheesy, sumptuous little omelette on top - some of us had it on brioche & some on local sourdough. With pot of freshly brewed tea to go with it, it was delicious. One of us had a latte which was very professionally done too. They’ve only been open for a week but we’ll definitely to back to sample more great food. Sorry I didn’t take a pic but I’d finished it before I remembered!”

But I do think it’s important to acknowledge the people who put passion into what they do, and Chef Dave and the whole team here deserve all the recognition. As a proud Bramhall local and a small business owner myself, I believe in supporting our village’s businesses. Places like Long Bar make all the difference in creating a welcoming community. “I found an oval glass sequin thing in my food. I guess it fell off the woman's bracelet, or necklace, or earring that was cooking the food. The thing is I never mentioned it to them and I still buy meals from here. I suppose it's a 1 in a million thing. It's just a good job I chew my food before swallowing it, because that thing was about 1 inch long, 0.5 inch across and about 0.25 inch thick, with a sharp edge around it. Whatever it was, it was obviously meant to stay glued into whatever item of jewelry it fell from. What I always laugh about is, it was in one of their most expensive dishes "Singapore Vermicelli". Oh well. I know I could have made a big stink, but I could understand at the time, whoever cooked the meal had obviously just brushed their wrist or whatever on the pan and it fell in. Still, I'll never forget it, I mean what if a child swallowed that. It's unbelievable that it can end up in your food. This chippy has a high rating (4.6/5.0) on "Google Reviews". I must be the only person that had a sharp piece of glass in his food. Even so, I still rate it highly, because it's decent enough food for the cost. The only thing I didn't give 5 stars for was atmosphere because there isn't really one, I mean it's a chippy... is there meant to be? lol”
