I just thought I would drop you a message to say how impressed I was with the service I received from one of you taxi drivers yesterday after being collected from Manchester Piccadilly Station and taken to Cross Street (Crossgate house) in Sale. The drivers name was Iqbal (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his second name) and after getting out of his taxi he kindly called the Crossgate building to let them know that I had left my phone on the back seat.
