“Majority of the time never had a problem. One thing I will say is that this firm desperately need to start providing their drivers with card readers. I was forced to get a taxi to Manchester from Middleton for work, as the buses weren’t running as they should. I’ve just had to get out mid journey to withdraw cash from a machine that charges £1.99. So I’ve been forced to pay a £15 taxi then pay £1.99 for the trouble of withdrawing cash just to suit the company’s ignorance. This day and age it’s absolutely incredible that you can’t pay for a taxi with a card. Lovely drivers and clean cars most of the time, and lovely people on the phones, and they turn up when they say they will.”

I just jumped in the taxi, not booked from the office so realised my chances would have been slim of finding the driver with my wallet. Within 48hrs driver H71 had personally handed the wallet back to me. About 5 or 6 of your drivers played a vital role in me regaining access to my wallet. I left my number with one driver and he rung me once I had got it back to make sure I had it. I wish I knew the plate number of that driver so I could leave good feedback for him also GREAT WORK ALL OF YOU GUYS... YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF THE DRIVERS YOU HAVE”

Everytime I've needed a taxi, apart from once, the taxi has arrived within 5 mins. All the cars, except 1, have been immaculate and modern, and the drivers have all been friendly.
