“Very satisfied... I just thought I would drop you a message to say how impressed I was with the service I received from one of you taxi drivers yesterday after being collected from Manchester Piccadilly Station and taken to Cross Street (Crossgate house) in Sale. The drivers name was Iqbal (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his second name) and after getting out of his taxi he kindly called the Crossgate building to let them know that I had left my phone on the back seat. He was also very helpful in arranging for me to collect it again when I returned to Piccadilly station. Please can you pass on my gratitude to him and thank him again for his excellent service. “I took my BMW 420i for a drivetrain repair, they were very accommodating and fitted me in urgently even though they were busy. The team are incredibly professional and helpful providing updates throughout the repairs.
