“My absolute go to Chinese in the area. The portions are very well sized for the money and most dishes come with the rice or chips included. The food is always very hot and well presented. The fire chow mein and seaweed is our favourite! Definitely recommend as the best Chinese in the area, and we love supporting local.”

“We turned up just as they were closing as we got stuck in traffic, we’re currently visiting family in the area and really wanted a Chinese before we leave tomorrow. The really kind Lady and gentleman opened the kitchen back up for us to cook our meal. We ordered a large amount of food between a few of us and it tasted absolutely delicious! Amazing portion sizes and even better prices!! We have had exactly the same from other Chinese takeaways and they’ve been much more expensive and worse in taste. “This is the best in Chinese takeaway in Tameside . We have been a few times now and the food is absolutely delicious every single time it’s cooked to perfection and the taste is out of this world . I’m always spoilt for choice as the whole menu is amazing and the owner is always very patient and friendly and helps me decide, we have had chicken and garlic, salt and pepper chicken, beef chow main, salt and pepper crispy beef, salt and pepper chips, seaweed, spring rolls, prawn toast and we give it all 10 out of 10 and they have new salt and pepper box’s which again look amazing we will definitely be trying these next time. You will not be disappointed at all ordering from here so please give it a try and I promise you won’t to go to any where else again.”

“There are only 2 chinese places I will order from and Chan's is one of them. The food is always tasty and they deliver it so quickly. I personally have never had a problem with any food here and have been a customer for years. Last night I ordered Beef, Green peppers and Black Bean with a portion of Egg Fried Rice. I made a note on my order asking for the Beef dish to be spicy and as usual Chan's made my food spicy! The food came piping hot. The rice was soft and fluffy and the beef was lovely.”

Friendly service, a charming lady there who wouldn't even take a tip, we almost argued when I insisted! Free prawn crackers with larger orders. Brilliant! What more could you possibly want?!”

“Superb food, friendly helpful staff, what more could you ask for? Having not eaten here before we decided to try a few dishes and had the chicken pad Thai, chicken drunken noodles, spring rolls, prawn toast, spicy chicken wings and a king prawn dish whose name escapes me. Oh and prawn crackers with sweet chilli sauce. No complaints at all. The food was stunning and was devoured by the whole family. My daughter was caught off guard by how spicy the pad Thai was but she had a feast of everything else.”

“We starting queuing before opening time, restaurant opened at 12pm got seated quickly. All seatings got filled up quick, fairly busy place. We ordered dim sums, rice dish and a noodle dish. 3 for £12 dim sum offer not bad. Also refillable, unlimited pot of Chinese tea. Delicious and piping hot food”

“Let me start by saying that this is the best Chinese chippy that I have ever been too. I have been going ever since I was young and the same for my father who has been going since he was a young boy. Very friendly staff and they never make errors with their orders, always perfect every time. I would especially recommend the sweet and sour, the curry sauce, the soft noodles, chips and their chippy sausage. A* & 10/10 best family ran takeaway around!”

Have only recently discovered Wendy's but each time our food has been fresh, with good portion sizes and packed with our choice of meat and a variety of veggies.
