“Really nice lil cafe, friendly staff, the coffee here is amaaaaazingly good a must try also the food looks top drawer!!! Chris and his partner the owners really nice down to earth people, if your in Uppermill pls go find this lovely lil hidden cafe entrance is on the front and go downstairs really well appointed estab sit on the river and forget about the daily grind also some under canope seating if the weather's not the best.”

A view of the Oldham Athletic pitch thrown in! I have attended a number of events here, and can recommend the centre for both social and business functions. Catering has always been very good, with friendly and efficient staff.”

“Such a grand place! Just the other day I went in to B&M only just to buy one item and ended up with a trolley loads goodies, The staff are great and helpful!! Oh! Girls watch out I’m coming in this Sunday with the missus!! So trust me we’ll be coming out with a trolley load of assorts of goodies!! They actually do everything!! I Love this place!!”

“This pub is not part of your normally brewery chain. It's back to the old days were a couple run the bar with their lovely team. The pub is clean and warm and appears to have been recently modernised. It has a homely feel, friendly atmosphere, reasonable priced drinks and a wide variety of gins and tonics which we enjoyed trying.”

“A Lovely and large clean new store always smells so clean and the shelves are always perfectly lined up so neat and tidy it’s perfect for people who have OCD like me about cleanliness hygiene and having things so extremely precise with all the labels facing the right way I love shopping here plus the staff are always so nice and helpful there are queues now and again but what supermarkets do you go to nowadays that never have a queue? I learned from speaking to staff at Aldi that most supermarkets have bare minimum staff that’s why you don’t see many if any staff on the shop floor for help and one or two staff on checkouts and to remember to be nice to them as they don’t choose to work in such small numbers and it’s not because they don’t want to help you or are hiding in the store it’s because there is hardly any staff there so remember to treat staff just like you would want your own son or daughter to be treated if they worked in a supermarket most work so hard and are trying their best and it’s not just one job they have they doing about 20 jobs at once because there’s such small teams!”

“Met some friends for a few beers before going to a restaurant for a meal and went back to Angel after and they had Kareoke on, it was very busy and the atmosphere was very good, nice to see a pub doing well.”

“I ordered rustic brown leather bar stools. The furniture looks neat and elegant. I ordered 3 nos and wanted to exchange one for a flat bar stool. The return process was quick and hassle free. It was picked from my home and offered desh packing as well. All together turn around time for everything.”

He comes out telling me and showing me all the great things he has been up to. I strongly feel the staff make a positive impact on all children as he talks about the staff when he’s not attending due to being in school. “Cannot praise these guys enough. Left my wallet in a taxi early hours of sunday morning. I just jumped in the taxi, not booked from the office so realised my chances would have been slim of finding the driver with my wallet. Within 48hrs driver H71 had personally handed the wallet back to me. About 5 or 6 of your drivers played a vital role in me regaining access to my wallet. I left my number with one driver and he rung me once I had got it back to make sure I had it.
