It’s such a chilled, comfy environment too, perfect for people who want to be pampered but want a more relaxing experience compared to a busy, packed salon. “I've been coming here for over four years and I think they are very good at waxing eyebrows. I find the comments made about staff being rude and shouting hard to believe, as that's something I've never experienced or seen. If anything the way some customers speak to the staff I consider to be rude. Hardly hear people saying thank you or please. Manners work both ways.”
