“Really nice vegan restaurant. Service was good. Had to flag down waiter to get more drinks and food was a little slow in coming out but possibly that is because we were a larger party (8). The food did come out all tigether so happy with it. Portion sizes were decent for the price. They look small but are incredibly filling. I had the Mezze and Qurma (you do need to order rice as a side). It was very filling. The place is small but I think makes for an excellent atmosphere.”

“Truly the greatest sandwich shop on the planet! Excellent quality food for breakfast or lunch at low prices. The staff are magnificent, friendly and polite. You always feel very welcome and once you taste that food.......forget about it! A must!!”

“Been wanting to check out since moving to the area and loved the cozy atmosphere. I was SO happy they had vegan milkshakes as I've not been able to find anywhere that makes them! That and my avocado bagel was delicious. Love the different food options for a little brunch. Service was super friendly too. Will definitely be back to try their tea and coffee.”

“Absolute hidden gem. Found this place by accident and will most definitely be returning. I was in a rush and hungry. Service was on point and I would say, they went above and beyond to help me choose from the menu and then, prepare the food within the time I had available. I ordered a halloumi wrap, and it was delish. Highly recommend.”

“This is a lovely little cafe on Pepper Road Industrial Estate and you can takeaway. I had a mango and berry smoothie and a sweet chilli and cheese panini. Both were absolutely delicious! Will definitely be coming back! The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.”

“We love Chinese 203 come here regularly and staff always look after us for our regular table. Food is very good and made fresh to the table no typical left out buffet food, makes sense to reduce wastage. We love all the starters! Price is reasonable and always recommend booking in advance as can get busy.”

“I popped into Sykes for the first time today and had a lovely breakfast with butchers sausages and bacon, perfectly cooked eggs and all the trimmings. The coffee was delish! The welcome was genuine and service friendly, as always from Mancunians. A great place to grab a quality bite to eat, recommended.”

“I occasionally go to Supreme Grill. The food’s really nice and tasty . I not sure if they cook vegan or vegetarian food. We usually go late in the evening just before it shuts down most of the food has been sold . So it shows how popular it is.”

“Had a lovely meal, the chef even offered to make something not in the current menu, after there wasn’t a great deal of choice for a vegan diner. The waitress Katie was very hospitable, and went above and beyond to make the whole experience even better. Atmosphere was great even for a Tuesday evening. Will definitely be returning”

“Our ”Tuesday club” went to birdandbeemcr today for the first time. They were 5 of us (usually 7) and we all opted for the bacon bun. Now this was not just any bacon bun - it was filled with crispy streaky bacon, with a cheesy, sumptuous little omelette on top - some of us had it on brioche & some on local sourdough. With pot of freshly brewed tea to go with it, it was delicious. One of us had a latte which was very professionally done too. They’ve only been open for a week but we’ll definitely to back to sample more great food. Sorry I didn’t take a pic but I’d finished it before I remembered!”

“The staff were so friendly, and very funny. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. A lovely place to bring my daughter, who happens to have the same name, for her 12th birthday. They made a fuss if her and made her feel really special. As her mum, I can't thank you guys enough.”

“What a fantastic store! Took my Nanna shopping today and she can't walk much anymore. We didn't have her wheelchair, the staff provided one for her and couldn't be more accommodating for her! “We held a family party for around 50 people at Mellor &Townscliffe. The venue was lovely - big room which we were allowed to decorate. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The buffet was delicious and plenty of it. Private outdoor space for the kids to run around in. It was a perfect day and couldn't have gone better. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Peruga!”
