“The best gel manicure in Manchester! Even though I don’t live locally anymore, I still travel here when I want my nails doing. And my mum does the same who travels from Birmingham! The staff are so friendly and always remember who we are. The owner even remembered when I was getting married and sent me a bottle of champagne to say congratulations! She talked me through the options for hyperpigmentation I was experiencing and then booked me in for a peel a few days later. Tanya was attentive, and made me feel at ease thoughout the whole process, and also checked-in after the treatment to make sure all was well. “After moving to Hale over a year ago now, I had put off trying to find a new hairdresser as finding one you can really trust is hard. So when I discovered The Knot on Instagram, I was comforted by their customer-first philosophy and the emphasis placed on an individual and tailored experience. My actual experience in the salon matched and exceeded my expectations! I was offered a drink on arrival and was given a beautifully presented mint tea with my favourite biscoff biscuits. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with salon owner David who made me feel comfortable right from the start and was so accommodating to my needs. He was so personable and kind, I really enjoyed our conversation, so much so I forgot I was having my hair done! The end result was nothing short of perfect and exactly what I had asked for. I feel so much more confident in myself and I am extremely grateful to David. He is an exceptional stylist and I will absolutely be returning and recommending the salon to others, including my mum who has just moved here and is looking for a new trusted hairdresser!
