“Water suddenly started pouring out from below the upstairs wc cistern, and within minutes the kitchen was flooded. I couldn’t shut off the water because the stop tap had seized. Dave arrived within ten minutes, identified the problem as a split flexible hose, managed to shut off the water and returned first thing next morning to fit a new hose and new stop tap.
