A humble reply to Abdi Jama below, he asked for a guarantee on a bulb he fitted 15 days ago, not 7 or 14, but 15 days ago, nobody gives "guarantees" on bulbs once fitted with out diagnostics reports from the manufacturer on a bulb, it worked for 15 days then went out. He most likely fitted it incorrectly (never touch the glass on any halogen or xenon bulb) in addition to this, he is a taxi driver, who's bulbs would be used excessively and they don't exactly drive the most carefully. Potholes, bumps, braking and stopping excessively can easily make a filament in a bulb dislodge thus blowing the bulb. Questioning things like warranty ad guarantee without knowing the difference? The receipt simply says - one h11 bulb, no mention of anything else. Very rude customer, just makes demands without wanting to understand and listen.”
