Me and my partner both have repeat prescriptions here and a few of the full time staff know our faces now and guess what, we are always courteous to them, so they’re always courteous to us. You get what you give I’m afraid. All the reviews that say that staff are abrupt and rude, I’ve lived here 5 years and used this pharmacy and no one has ever been rude or abrupt with me or my partner. The behaviour of patients I’ve witnessed in recent months has deteriorated so much. It’s the NHS, you’re not the only person that exists, sit down for 10 minutes and wait patiently, then say thank you, and have a nice day. How hard is that? I want to personally thank all the staff for their hard work and putting up with the behaviour of impatient and entitled people on a daily basis”

I’m a repeat customer and will be returning to Jordan again soon. He is friendly and approachable; his communication before the work, and the aftercare he provides is reassuring. He takes into consideration what the client wants and works hard to put the vision into a design. His needle-work is intricate and, in my experience, flawless. However - no extra charge, so I was reassured that it was absolutely required. I was worried sick; as were not exactly wadded! Such a relief and the after care has been exceptional: A thorough explanation on pick up. A follow-up appointment booked. A phone call on the Saturday after surgery... We have Dylan's health plan with Vets for Pets and we used the out of hours prior to his op (thinking he was in pain). Because we saw a nurse ()ovely) and not a vet - so no charge for the reassurance. Best thing I did for Dylan was to register with this practice - they are wonderful with him.”
