“Just wanted to pass on some positive feedback. My daughter came for her first swimming lesson six weeks ago and got very upset about being in the water. Alex and Teagan have been absolutely fantastic at building up her confidence. They’ve shown such kindness and patience over the last six weeks and I’m so grateful. “To the best care team in the business, I am writing to you to make you aware of the absolute credit the staff on this ward are to the NHS! After my partner being admitted for 24hours the care was fantastic around the clock. From pre and post op assessments and medications to care and compassion given, we can not fault anybody what so ever. In particular the support worker Nicky(or Vicky) and the nurse Louise(or Leanne) these ladies were exceptional in caring for my partner during a very sensitive procedure. I would just like to send my gratitude and thanks to them and the rest of the team as I know from experience in the field myself it's no single person, but the multiple professionals that contribute to the care provided. The other departments are not over looked either the doctor and anaesthetist were also amazing I just couldn't possibly remember all the names (evidently!) Ps apologies for the possible name mix up it has been a very long 24hrs however I absolutely needed to send my thanks and praise to this department. “Since my granddaughter has been attending Fernbees, she has flourished. For the first time going to a nursery, she gets excited when she knows it’s nursery day and runs from the car to the door. She’s made some great friends and close bonds with the staff, and I can’t thank them enough for the time and care they give her. The experiences she gets at this nursery are second to none. “Been going for years and never needed any serious work doing (which is usually a good sign). Recently I had a Wisdom Tooth removed and it was painless and quick. The dental practice is always very well maintained and the staff are efficient. Also, the location is easily accessible by train or bus, and there is parking available.”
