“After trying numerous groomers as one of our dogs gets very stressed having a groom, we found Kath. We've never looked back. Spike wouldn't walk for two weeks after a grooming session now he's out the same day running about. Kath grooms all our dogs to perfection and they look even more gorgeous when they come out than when they went in. Kath is a real dog lover and we trust her completely. The dogs always come first with Kath and we appreciate the level of care she puts in to every groom. Thanks Kath”

From my initial consultation, I felt completely at ease, all the team were professional and genuinely caring and every step was explained thoroughly. I had braces followed by composite bonding and the entire process was flawless from start to finish. My teeth look completely natural yet beautifully enhanced and for the first time in years I smile happily and with confidence. If you are considering braces or cosmetic work this is the place to go! “Dentist allows me and my partner to have appointments next to each other which is very convienient. They are always understanding and accomodating of my conditions/illnesses and needs. For example they treat me downstairs if i am unable to get upstairs for treatment.”

“It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy. The Wonderful caring loving special Dentist I see is Zainab Ali. I had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going . I have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person I felt safe with to extract this was the superb. Zainab Ali who always seems To go beyond the call of duty and will always help you. Mel Thompson always tries her best to fit me in she is wonderful kind loving helpful and totally professional. I have known Mel since she started, with me I have known her for 25 years +, and it is funny as I know if she is down and upset and she knows the same with me. The practice manager Gemma is wonderful and like mell will always helpyou Due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of NHS Dentists. It is advisable and essential that you treat the reception team and dentists and staff with dignity and respect as if you treat them the way you want to be treated it would be lovely. NEVER be frightened of going as you always are put at ease.y If you do not you MAY be taken off their records and be polite if you have to ring up. If you really think of it, the people there are human and care. NHS Dental care is getting hard to obtain. So treat them good and with dignity and respect and be patient or you are risking to be ejected and taken off the list.”

My nails where in pretty poor condition when I started going to Sarah but the care and attention to detail whisky she is doing your nails and the aftercare advice have meant my nails are now in fantastic condition. “Our son has been going to Lisa for approximately 3 years and it has been the perfect setting. Home from home environment, arts and crafts, baking, walks and adventures, outdoor play and childminder playgroup sessions (singing and dancing, bouncy castles, yoga, reptiles). Healthy, home cooked meals provided. Highly recommend Lisa to any parents looking for a safe but fun environment for their little ones”

“We have used the cattery in August and are using again in sept 2024 it is a fantastic cattery well organised exceptionally clean and our cat is very well cared for. He has been on vet prescribed medication daily and Viv just takes over his daily doses with no fuss whatsoever. We wouldn't use any other cattery it has to be the best in Bolton. Gets booked up very very quickly which tells you everything you need to know”

Our dogs coat has come out very tidy and clean, he smells lovely since being there and seems so much more comfortable, he was in a very good mood when we arrived back at the groomers to pick him up too, hes ready for the warmer weather! “Very relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked in and didn't feel any sense of hard selling as with some others. Very reasonably priced for some of the works of art that I saw go past me in that place. I went in to get pets nails clipped and waited there. The service was fast and efficient and the dog groomer was very friendly and easy to chat with which was a bonus. Groomer seemed both knowledgeable in the care of animals conditions which might require more delicate handling, as with mine--clearly very experienced. The shop comprises of a dog grooming salon, offering wash and dry, cutting deshedding and nail clipping from recollection. The other side has a good range on offer, from bedding and toys to food stuffs. Thank you once again!”

She also gave lots of advice about caring for the piercings so they heal nicely. Overall, a really great experience and would recommend if your getting your first piercing or your thirtieth.”

I’ve loved our appointments as she is friendly and fun but also a very good listener. Every session is great. She has a good range of colours. She’s just started pedicures too. They are definitely my favourite bit now. A total pampering from debs who is great at turning my monstrous feet into delicate little tootsies.
