“Decent place to take the kids. We visit all the tike and had my kids 5th birthday there. Price is fairly cheap and you only need 2 hours before the kids are worn out. Parking is free. They do coffee, drinks and food for kids. Some nice food.dor adults too. Toilets are clean and they look after the place.”

“Our son has been going to Johnny's classes for nearly 2 years. He loves it. The games are well planned, engaging and full of skill based learning. My son is now so confident in all areas of PE because he attends, and most importantly has fun each week! Highly recommended”

“We were delighted when we collected our three dogs after a 9 day stay at Pine Lodge. They were happy, obviously pleased to see us and looked clean and cared for. As all three are long haired the obvious care to brushing and eye cleaning was noticeable. We saw lovely photographs of them running around and looking obviously happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pine Lodge as Sean and Julie have a very obvious natural ability and caring nature with the dogs. We have rebooked for their next stay and feel confident in leaving them with Julie and Sean at Pine Lodge. Definitely five star!”

“We have used the cattery in August and are using again in sept 2024 it is a fantastic cattery well organised exceptionally clean and our cat is very well cared for. He has been on vet prescribed medication daily and Viv just takes over his daily doses with no fuss whatsoever. We wouldn't use any other cattery it has to be the best in Bolton. Gets booked up very very quickly which tells you everything you need to know”

“I have left my beautiful grumpy cat storm with these guys. I have used thier service 5 times and I’m so happy. They are caring and I know my cat is being well looked after. It’s right next to my house and they charge £9 per day which is so reasonable and cheap compared to others. I will 100% go back to them and will come recommend you guys 100% use thier service for your cats. Thankyou guys for looking after my cat I really appreciate your service and will be coming back to you guys again xx”

“What can I say about The Dawg House, such a fantastic place for our Cockapoo Henry. He gets so excited when you just say ‘ the dawg house’ & can hardly sit down when we are going. The staff are so professional & you can tell how much they love the dogs. To us it’s better than we could wish for. Well worth the money & the things they do are just so fantastic, from photos to videos to cards at holiday times (Christmas, Easter etc). A BIG Thank you to Sophie & the brilliant staff for looking after our Henry x”

“Our cat Tilly, always stays here when we go away. Exceptionally friendly staff and the individual 'rooms' the cats stay in are very clean and have little doors which lead to a small outside space. Reasonably priced too. Wouldn't even consider putting Tilly anywhere else.”

“I'm a big fan of sports and leisure centres, and I've been to a few in my time. But I have to say that New Hall Village Sports and Leisure Centre is one of the best I've ever been to. It's got everything you could possibly want in a sports and leisure centre, and more. The facilities are top-notch. There is ample parking available. But what really makes it stand out is the staff. They're all really friendly and helpful, and they're always happy to answer any questions you have. They also make a real effort to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, which is something I really appreciate. Overall, I would highly recommend”

“Nice new wacky where house. Its separate from the pub. £5 per kid. Cheap as chips. You get a couple of hours playing. Food and drinks available. Staff were friendly and toilets were clean. Kids had a blast.”

“What an amazing kennels, can't stop smiling. We boarded both our Shar-Pei's Chewie and Leia. This was their first time and I was so nervous, they are a difficult breed to say the least. Leia is also our latest rescue, she still suffers anxiety due to her awful past. But wow did not have anything to worry about, they looked amazing, waggy tails and looked like they had a real doggy holiday. Josh, Stewart and all the staff have a genuine love for Animals, it makes me smile. I would definitely recommend this amazing kennel. They will be visiting regular now, a great way of socialising. “Absolutely wonderful nursery!!! Hesitant to leave our daughter in anyone else’s care, we asked friends and family for a recommended, local, nursery who would look after our bundle of joy to the highest level. One visit to little acorns and we knew it was ‘the one’. She squeals in delight when we arrive and sleeps like a log when she comes home. She is loved, cuddled, educated and as her parents we are reassured that every minute she is there she is content and happy!! Can not recommend enough, our little acorn is thriving. “My daughter has been lucky enough to be at Kool Kids since joining her school. As a parent finding an breakfast and afternoon childcare option is a big deal and we checked various options. From first meeting Yvonne and Ste I knew that this is where I wanted my daughter to go. The staff are not just staff members but they are amazing mentors to my daughter and helping her develope through school. Special shouts to Tess, Tegan,Sarah and Tammy for their amazing work.”

“Cannot recommend The Splash Academy enough. We started our little one there at 3 months and confidence has really grown in the water. The staff are so so lovely, we could not fault them at all. They are always super accommodating for any missed lessons and on the occasion we forget something needed for the lesson!”

“Our little one has been at the swinton setting for 3 and a half years and I couldn’t fault anything! The staff who work here are just amazing and really work with the child and the child’s capabilities which was a big stand out for us! I couldn’t have wished for better! The management team are great, Clare, Lynn & JoJo! Kate, Hannah, Flavia & Danielle in particular are outstanding members of staff and has been wonderful to have them as almost extended family for so long! Will miss these guys and this setting A LOT!
