So when I discovered The Knot on Instagram, I was comforted by their customer-first philosophy and the emphasis placed on an individual and tailored experience. My actual experience in the salon matched and exceeded my expectations! I was offered a drink on arrival and was given a beautifully presented mint tea with my favourite biscoff biscuits. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with salon owner David who made me feel comfortable right from the start and was so accommodating to my needs. He was so personable and kind, I really enjoyed our conversation, so much so I forgot I was having my hair done! The end result was nothing short of perfect and exactly what I had asked for. I feel so much more confident in myself and I am extremely grateful to David. He is an exceptional stylist and I will absolutely be returning and recommending the salon to others, including my mum who has just moved here and is looking for a new trusted hairdresser! The whole process from the consultation to the procedure is very smooth and all the work staff are very knowledgeable and comforting. I had my hair transplant in May and had my free two PRP sessions which is included in the hair transplant price which is an added bonus. The aftercare is also second to none. “Lucy is great and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a dog groomer. We get so many compliments on how well our show spaniel is trimmed and it’s a testament to Lucy’s experience and professionalism. Her communication and reminders are brilliant and pricing is very reasonable for the level of service she provides. Lucy shows much pride in her work and care for our dog and it is evident she is like this with all of her dogs based on how busy she is with all of her regular clients! We have used a bigger groomer company previously when our dog was a pup and he was so overwhelmed with the noise and other dogs he used to come out shaking and so stressed; Lucy’s 1:1 set up is absolutely perfect, especially for more nervous dogs and we haven’t looked back.”

“The best gel manicure in Manchester! Even though I don’t live locally anymore, I still travel here when I want my nails doing. And my mum does the same who travels from Birmingham! The staff are so friendly and always remember who we are. The owner even remembered when I was getting married and sent me a bottle of champagne to say congratulations!
