Manager Terri is truly exceptional—she goes out of her way to make sure my child feels safe, loved, and cared for, while also offering me so much support and reassurance as a parent. It’s clear she puts her heart into everything she does. And then there’s Izzie, who is just a gem! Her warmth and dedication shine through, and I’m so touched that she’s even learning the language my child speaks at home to connect with them on a deeper level. “Our little one has been at the swinton setting for 3 and a half years and I couldn’t fault anything! The staff who work here are just amazing and really work with the child and the child’s capabilities which was a big stand out for us! I couldn’t have wished for better! The management team are great, Clare, Lynn & JoJo! Kate, Hannah, Flavia & Danielle in particular are outstanding members of staff and has been wonderful to have them as almost extended family for so long! Will miss these guys and this setting A LOT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
