“This is a good Pharmacy. Ignore people ranting. If you use the NHS app to order and track prescriptions you know when the GP has approved and the request is then with the pharmacy, within 2-3 working days my prescriptions have always been processed and are ready for collection. I order over ten items at different times regularly with Fir Rd the only issue is drug stock, specialist items. The communication is good I get an IOU or I go searching a larger chain pharmacy with a big warehouse system Boots who can source. With a variety of lifetime drugs Fir Rd has been a great service to rely on. Well done”

They deliver daily papers and are always in touch if the paper is delayed. Very friendly and helpful. It is also an Evri parcel drop off and there is InPost locker outside.
