Kool it offer a scalable range of options for servicing, which is helpful as I am on a budget. I opted for a twice yearly service, and found the cost to be very competitive. I was nervous about the ability of the company to execute well, having never used this company before. I need not have worried. I was in great hands! Dillon called out to do my service on Monday. may I commend Dillon he is a great asset to your business, he was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and communicative. My home is currently occupied by a family from oversees who have come to the UK on the resettlement scheme and are often nervous about visitors. Dillon instantly put them at ease. Thank you. “We have just moved into the area and decided to take a chance on this place after a long day of unpacking. What a wonderful evening we had! We were greeted and served by Luize, Kate, and Sue who were all very warm, welcoming, and inviting. The food was gorgeous and exactly what we needed, and the atmosphere was great (I'm an 80s child and to hear lots of the music of the time was just the icing on the cake for me). Firmly think this will be one of our favourite places for the foreseeable future! Thank you guys for making a very hard day that much more bearable!”
