Shauna took her time with me to understand my hair inspiration and what I was trying to achieve. Was kind and understanding that appointments elsewhere had left me with less than desirable outcomes. Was mindful to check in with me throughout appointment to ensure I was leaving with results I wanted. Very pleased with my hair color and the cut. Will definitely be back for Shauna again!
