“Today, I took part on the barge experience as a staff team building exercise. This consists of a range of therapeutic activities, such as: meditation on the barge and outside in the wild, a talk and drawing exercise and completed with a sound bath relaxation at the end. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. An opportunity to be at one with yourself and with nature, feel free and an opportunity to take time out and be reflective. The facilitators, Shazia and Fearn were fantastic, very experienced and welcoming too!
