“I cannot recommend Victoria and her program enough. I am one of those individuals who had a major fear of flying and was able to avoid it most of my life. Then my husband had a very special work trip that I needed to attend that was across the country. I didn't know what to do as the thought of flying absolutely terrified me, but I didn't want to miss out on my husband's accomplishments either. Then along came Victoria and her program. Not only was I able to get on that plane with her help, but through the program I was able to understand how other parts of my life were driven by fears and anxiety too. I got so much more than I bargained for from her Thrive program. She also helped me with solutions and techniques to get me through my flight when I got nervous. And when I let my imagination start getting the best of me, I could hear her voice in my head reminding of the process and techniques and it really worked.
