“Needed to have my daughter's screen replaced on her brand-new Samsung phone as she dropped it on concrete only 2 weeks after receiving it for her birthday. A Gentleman named Mo who is very polite and professional quoted for and fixed the phone the same day. I didn't need an appointment, the phone was fixed in just over an hour. He also put a screen protector on the phone the prevent any future scratches or bumps. Mo had plenty of knowledge about tech and I was confident in his ability to get the job done for a reasonable price. Thanks Mo, will recommend you in the future!”

“I have had two repairs done here, an iPad port/charger issue back in 2021, and a replacement screen last November (2024). Both have been excellent. I've had no issues with the replacement screen whatsoever and it resolved an additional microphone issue I had that turned out to be hardware related! It may not be the cheapest service - another potential customer was moaning when I was there - but I think that's because they are doing a good job. I would trust them with any future repairs.”

All the staff that worked on the installation were very friendly and helpful.Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very efficient and kept to the schedule that we were given. When items ready to collect another text will be received saying items ready for collection with your order number. The app is excellent for browsing for items and prices are very competitive. The service provided by the staff is excellent.”
