In all the years I've been coming to Wagamama Media City, the team has been absolutely amazing. It's often a bit quieter than it should be, but honestly, the customer service is bang on—they are so attentive and welcoming! ​I went with a classic this time: one of their donburi rice dishes, a side of gyoza, and a few extra chilies to spice things up, and I was sorted! Plenty of smiles all round, and they've genuinely never let me down. Highly recommend a visit! ​I hope they see it and feel the love!”

“We popped by to browse around the shop for car seats and prams. Laura was super helpful and on top of that she mentioned an antenatal course held in the store. We booked it and highly recommend it to expectant parents (great value!). The course is led by Rachel, an experienced midwife, an absolute star and wonderful woman. The classes are so well organised, informative and all in a lovely atmosphere. All thanks to Bashy, the shop owner, Rachel and Lauren. Thank you so much ladies for making our journey richer in this lovely experience.”

“I’m currently on my third laser session on my intimate area and I’m already seeing such great results. I’m getting hardly any regrowth and didn’t even need to shave between the second and third session! I suffer a lot with ingrown hairs, but these have also calmed down so much after getting laser, which I’m thrilled about. Sam works with me during the session to keep pain as minimal as possible whilst still doing it on a high enough setting to see fast results.”

Her knowledge and salon experience for clients is next level and it was fantastic to learn from her. On the day we went through different applications of biab nails, correct use of a efile and all the bits, product knowledge, how to build on my technique and so much more. Kirby has so much experience and has been on so many courses herself in the past, she really has all the knowledge to pass on! “I came to French Tacos at 03:00 in the morning after a long day of work and wanted a quick bite to eat before I headed off home to sleep. As I stepped foot into French Tacos, I was greeted by the 2 guys at the counter, as it was my first time I wasn’t sure what option to choose as there was so many delicious options to choose from the menu, so they helped me out and recommended I try a mixed meat wrap. Whilst waiting I was asked how my day was and had a great chat with the guys. The mixed wrap I had been recommended was really nice and delicious, I loved the potion size and the mixed meats inside the wrap it went so well especially with the cheese. It was perfect. Anyone new to this place or exploring it online for places to eat?, I completely recommend you try this place. Thank you lots to the owners.”

“The Black Friar has been amazing to work with for our friendship group's annual Christmas lunch. They made the entire booking process extremely easy, with all the T&Cs clearly outlined from the start. On the day we were looked after by Jess, who was incredible, very quick to respond to any issues raised, never kept anyone waiting, so accommodating with our various quirks (like pictures), and was easy to reach when needed without making it seem like hovering. And always with a smile, of course. Truly, truly a standout member of the team deserving of all the praise. The food at the Black Friar was also divine, incredibly generous portions (that I admit, have bested me) and every bite was a pleasure for all the senses. Our whole group was very happy with the afternoon we got to spend there and we will definitely be looking into coming back for next year's annual Christmas lunch, a total gem of a pub.”
