The lady who helped us was patient, showed us how to care for them and even wsited behind after their opening times so I could go buy some carry cases. “We have recently returned from a trip to Disneyland Paris followed by a few days in Paris that Lisa booked for us. We originally booked for early June but unfortunately our daughter came down with chicken pox 3 days before so we had to cancel, Lisa was amazing and cancelled it all for us preparing the documents for the insurance company which helped massively, taking a huge stress away from a very stressful situation. When we were ready to rebook a couple of weeks later Lisa sourced the perfect hotels and flights for us. We had the best holiday making lots of wonderful memories with our children.
