“I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews here but honestly I don't understand why... I've been coming here for 4 years now and on the occasions where I have gone elsewhere I've always ended up coming back here to have them fixed to my liking! Staff have always been chatty with me and really interested in my life, they remember when I've told them about events and always follow up at my next appointment to ask how it went. My nails have always been stunning, they put time and effort into making my "extraordinary" choice of designs perfect. Il be going there on Monday to have my wedding nails done, I wouldn't trust going anywhere else! I know they will be perfect just like every other time. Ive never had a nail break, my nails usually last around a month before they need infills however there's times I've gone to 6 weeks before going back with no problem! With regards to people's comments about staff starting other people's nails while still doing theirs, there's a process to doing nails and if they have 5 minutes to start somebody else's while yours dry, then good on them! It's better than sitting around not doing anything in that time. If you were in the other chair you'd be thinking "they could be doing mine now instead of waiting for the other persons to cure" They're running a walk in business and keeping everyone happy, not just you. if you want all their attention on you and only you then offer to pay them extra to do this or go at a quieter time”
