The cost was very fair, making the whole experience even better. “What an absolute Gem of a find. Couldn’t ask for a more Genuine and Honest garage. Called in to drop Daughters car off after RAC couldn’t find the fault why it kept cutting out. Was supposed to be booked in for the next day hence just dropping it off night before. They had a quick look there and then (just past shutting up shop time). They diagnosed the fault and repaired it within half an hour. I would strongly recommend Family & Friends and most definitely be trusting them with my vehicles in the future. 10/10”

“James on 1st visit not only sourced the issue with my parking assist, after checking all fuses and running a diagnostic test it transpired my warning beeper was no more - of course obvs original part no longer available so with his advice i ordered one that he recommended after we both searched online, on 2nd visit he removed wires from the failed unit and resoldered to new unit and connected to parking sensor box refitted all working great now”

“I rang Stuart for some advice on an issue with my clutch squeeling he quickly diagnosed the issue and picked my car up the day after from my house as I was unable to come away from work to take the car to him and dropped it back off the day after good as new , he was also very accommodating and respectful of my insurance Blackbox in my car . He kept me updated and even notified me of the exact issue with my old clutch and also some other small issue that required attention on my car and how and where I can source parts. I was recovered by the RAC and this garage accepted me to be recovered to.
