“Pioneer house is a fantastic school. The staff are so professional and the school is a wonderful design. I have just been in the school, whilst being there the fire alarm sounded i have never seen such a well organised fire evacuation, staff knew exactly what they were doing where each pupil was. “I really can’t understand the general negativity of so many reviews on here, I must say I’ve had a great experience with Rapid. I arrived in Manchester without my baggage as it got left behind on my stopover. I had to leave Manchester again the next day so I really needed my suitcase returned to me first thing in the morning. Spoke to two Rapid employees on the phone who were being extremely helpful and tried their absolute best to accommodate my urgent request. The driver was very friendly as well and arrived the next day even earlier than expected. It’s fair enough that people are frustrated when their baggage is delayed, but they need to understand that it’s usually the airlines and the airports that are at fault for the inconvenience - not couriers like Rapid.”
