“I cannot recommend Kevin and his team enough. I know my puppy is not only in safe hands , but Is also having a great time at doggie daycare. After struggling to get my pup to eat his food consistently, Kevin kindly offered me a free sample to try the premium pet food. I had to go back the following day and purchase a bag, as my pup was so eager to eat it and also seemed more contented after meal times.”

Once in with the vet for my cat’s appointment, she gave him a full health check and his vaccination. She was caring and very helpful. “I recently had my two Scottish Terriers groomed by the groom team at Bolton. They are particularly nervous about the experience which the team are well aware of. Kimberly met me in the car park and took the girls in one at a time. This was such a relief to me as I stress each time I have to take them. Kimberly and Katie's understanding of our needs is exemplary. The groom experience went far smoother and both girls upon collection were happy and looking really smart after their treatments. “It was a sad day when Vanessa and Sally moved away . They gave my Cocker Spaniel one to one walking until I lost her and were loving and caring . I now have a 14 year old rescue dog who is blind and deaf and the care they gave him was lovely . Your furry friend could not be in better hands for love and caring while walking them . We miss them both”

“I would highly reccomend Debbie. She is so lovely and approachable and genuinely cares for your pet. She walks my dog 3 times a week around all the local areas he loves. We regularly receive pictures and updates after the walks and he is always happily exhausted when we return from a long day at work. 5* and a great big 'Woof' from our Labrador Ollie”

“We have used the cattery in August and are using again in sept 2024 it is a fantastic cattery well organised exceptionally clean and our cat is very well cared for. He has been on vet prescribed medication daily and Viv just takes over his daily doses with no fuss whatsoever. We wouldn't use any other cattery it has to be the best in Bolton. Gets booked up very very quickly which tells you everything you need to know”

“Our Cockapoo Alfie is 9yrs old and has been to several groomers ,but he has just been given his best cut by far. Emma was 1st class,great communication, clean modern parlour and a lovely friendly face greeted me even at 5.30pm. Will definitely be going back .Thank you Emma and Alfie loves his dicky bow.”

“Not many groomers will groom a greyhound. Really lovely job, his size not mentioned or an issue. Nails clipped ears washed. My greyhound is a nervous dog, but I feel they look after him well . Brilliant job girls”

“What can I say about The Dawg House, such a fantastic place for our Cockapoo Henry. He gets so excited when you just say ‘ the dawg house’ & can hardly sit down when we are going. The staff are so professional & you can tell how much they love the dogs. To us it’s better than we could wish for. Well worth the money & the things they do are just so fantastic, from photos to videos to cards at holiday times (Christmas, Easter etc). “After trying numerous groomers as one of our dogs gets very stressed having a groom, we found Kath. We've never looked back. Spike wouldn't walk for two weeks after a grooming session now he's out the same day running about. Kath grooms all our dogs to perfection and they look even more gorgeous when they come out than when they went in. Kath is a real dog lover and we trust her completely. The dogs always come first with Kath and we appreciate the level of care she puts in to every groom. Thanks Kath”

“I have used Copperbeech Boarding for both my cat and my dog for a number of years .prior to the dog we have I had a reactive dog which Copperbeech were happy to board on a one to one basis. They posted photos of my dog in their conservatory looking so happy ,I was amazed as I wasn't even sure staff would get near him let alone have him out of his kennel. They look after my cat as well who isn't always happy to be kept inside at the best of times and be grumpy,but they let him have a wander round the cattery. It's a first class business and nothing is too much trouble to make your pets stay a happy relaxed one.”

“The best kennels around! My staffy has recently had a trial stay here for 2 nights. I used a different kennels in Bury last year and can safely say Shelleys' kennels is 10/10. The staff were so lovely on arrival, came out to the car to greet us and made both myself and my dog feel very welcome. I was shown around the kennels whilst another member of staff took my dog to play and the kennels are very clean and tidy and the facilities are brilliant! I can't recommend Shelley's kennels enough and my dog can't wait to stay again! Thank you :)”

“Our cat Tilly, always stays here when we go away. Exceptionally friendly staff and the individual 'rooms' the cats stay in are very clean and have little doors which lead to a small outside space. Reasonably priced too. Wouldn't even consider putting Tilly anywhere else.”
