Everyone was so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Nash prescribed a combination of physical therapy and physio led gym sessions to strengthen my muscles . Going to the gym wasn't something I would have considered before but giving me that initial push and encouragement was just what I needed. I was soon pain free and much stronger. I still have regular one to gym sessions and the health benefits to my whole body have been amazing. Mike is a brilliant coach and massage therapist. I have learned so much from him. I would definitely recommend T4 and wouldn't consider going anywhere else now.”

Hesitant to leave our daughter in anyone else’s care, we asked friends and family for a recommended, local, nursery who would look after our bundle of joy to the highest level. One visit to little acorns and we knew it was ‘the one’. She squeals in delight when we arrive and sleeps like a log when she comes home. She is loved, cuddled, educated and as her parents we are reassured that every minute she is there she is content and happy!! Can not recommend enough, our little acorn is thriving. Veterans of the southern Indian lamb delicacy converted to the North Indian variety served here. Sizzling platters incredible, combined with incredible curry and sides in the original el tel combo meal, this place is one not to be missed. “I know this place as the pepper mill and am a regular user. I always go for a salad box cause of my diet and I am never disappointed because they always have a good selection of meats,fish and cheese plus other vegetarian options. The menu as a whole is excellent and the specials are great value”

“We arrived at the restaurant on Sunday and were greeted so warmly by the host/manager. We have been a few times to this restaurant and the bar staff recognised us which was so lovely, recognition from staff goes a long way and made us feel so warm and welcome! Drinks arrived so quickly and he even remembered what we had last time we visited which was incredible service from him. The cocktails didn’t disappoint. The service was unbelievable, at no point did we have to ask for drinks order or food order to be taken. They’re incredibly attentive here. The food is artwork, it is so fresh and home made which is exactly what you want in a lovely independent restaurant. The lighting was perfect and the music fitted the restaurant aesthetic and the time of day we arrived. I can’t fault this place whatsoever, can’t recommend it enough.”

“First time I tried this cracking little place. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Reasonable quality fast food at a reasonable price. It doesn't try to be pretentious or trendy. It's just your basic kebabs, burgers and pizza. A cheap treat when you can't be bothered to cook. Also worth mentioning is that it has a five star hygiene rating. Recommended.”

“Visited 29/04/2024, at lunch time parking was available in the limited spots at front of the building. Go in and there is the restaurant part to the right as you go in. The seabass on the potato dauphinois and green beans was very tasty, the side of salt and pepper chips was also nice. Food came quickly and both the staff looking after the group were very attentive and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
