    “Working with Matthew has been so fulfilling. There has been massive changes happen from the place I was in 4 years ago, to the place I’m in now. Most of which, I wouldn’t have been able to do without matthew. It’s likely that I wouldn’t even be alive so I’m eternally grateful for the support and guidance through such difficult times of my life. There were times where I wasn’t sure I’d survive through the trauma, but I did - thanks to matthew! I couldn’t face the future before, today I see the future. I feel a different sense of calmness to myself. Alongside working with matthew, I did hypnotherapy. Both worked so well together and have got me to the point where my trauma symptoms are pretty much nil. Just over 6 months ago, I moved 6 hours away and decided to begin getting my diploma in counselling. I’d have never been able to do this nor would I have ever considered it if I hadn’t been working with matthew for the past 4 years. We’d made so much progress and adding hypnotherapy to the healing, helped me in the healing journey so much quicker. I highly recommend matthew as a therapist. He has been such a wonderful person and therapist after several therapists and professionals having let me down, he restored the faith in me that a therapist could help me. So he did. There were so many layers I didn’t even know I needed to delve into until I did and having being able to work through all of those helped me believe I could work through everything else, although sometimes it took me a while to process and I had doubts, I never doubted that matthew and his work.
