Our group leader, Amr, demonstrated outstanding organisation and attentiveness from the outset. He provided clear and consistent guidance during the performance of Umrah, ensuring I was supported and fully informed at each stage. When my mother required a wheelchair to complete her Umrah, Amr arranged this with great efficiency and consideration, allowing her to participate comfortably and with dignity. During my time in Makkah, I experienced a period of illness, and Amr provided valuable assistance by accompanying me to the hospital and facilitating my treatment. His calm approach and reliability offered significant reassurance to both me and my mother. The ziyarah visits were also well structured, with ample time allocated for reflection and prayer.
