“This is my No.1 Costa, excellent service, excellent coffee and lovely staff, I've been to many a Costa in some supposedly "nicer" locations but usually its been appalling. This is the one if you want your moneys-worth! The staff work hard keeping the queue moving and the very fact the cafe is always packed shows how popular the place is.”

“This Costa is usually and understandably busy but I was very happy to get a table today. I had a lovely cappuccino and a cake. It is a very nice Costa to take a break in and watch the shoppers walk by. The staff were very friendly, they cleared and cleaned my table for me. “Great coffee and atmosphere! Stopped by Starbucks today and had such a pleasant experience. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and my drink was made perfectly — exactly how I like it. “We’ve been here twice recently because it’s just so good! The first time I had the Turkish eggs with halloumi and sausage, then the second time I went for the chicken and pancakes, both were amazing. One visit was around 11am on a Saturday and there was about a 15-minute wait, but definitely worth it. The other time we went a bit later and got a table straight away. You can book ahead, but they also keep some tables for walk-ins. Staff are nice and friendly and really good to accommodate allergies too”
